ASST. ENGINEER / ENGINEER – PCB TESTING

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PCB Module Testing

Conduct electrical testing and performance evaluation of PCB modules used in devices such as digital clocks, clean room monitors, temperature indicators, lab instruments, PLCs, Etc.
Perform functional testing to ensure that individual PCB modules meet design specifications.
Troubleshoot and debug PCB boards, using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators to ensure accurate performance.

2. Device-Level Testing

Perform system-level testing on complete devices, ensuring integration of PCBs and other components work seamlessly.
Validate the overall functionality of complex instruments, including clocks, temperature monitoring systems, and lab instruments.
Test device behavior under different environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity, vibration) to ensure reliability.
Test the interfaces between devices and external systems (e.g., communication protocols, sensor input/output).

3. Final Level Testing

Execute final acceptance testing of devices to verify complete system performance.

Ensure total Quality Control at the Incoming, Final, and Outgoing stages of production on an hourly basis.
